It's my quick answer to introducing third party recruiters who are interested in doing splits with other recruiters who want to do splits.
How To Use
1. Sign up for Twitter
2. Enter your Username and Password in the messaging system above and enter a description for the job order you are going to fill. Make sure you put #splits somewhere in the post.
3. Be descriptive in your description of the job order and location because you only have 140 characters including spaces and the #splits - you can't forget about that.
4. Search for recruiters to the right or on twitter. If you use this page for your search, replace the default twitter text in the box on the right with #splits and whatever other keyword. You will then see who has positions available.
It won't take long to figure this out.
